To whom it may concern 
Martin Kelly was recommended to our company approximately 2 years ago, we undertake shot blast contracts to include listed building restoration, to concrete shading in modern Commerical, Martin completed 2 contracts for us, one being 300 mts of design kerb, , our client was very impressed with the project , and we all found Martin and his crew to be extremely competent, courteous, and productive even on a live site , with particularly difficult layout, Martin also carried out concrete work in a commercial transportation hub, both laying concrete in high traffic area, and the laying of a Commerical kerb, We found the crew to be again very capable of working in a busy environment , and were complimented in this particular case for there ability to minimise impact to production .
I have no hesitation in recommending Martin Kelly for contract work in the domestic or commercial sector.
